Tracking information:

  • USA & INTERNATIONAL: Tracking is available on all orders except sticker ONLY orders. (ie, orders with only stickers purchased) 

  • CANADA: Tracking is not available by default but upgrades are available. 

*** FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS there are exceptions where I will not be able to provide tracking depsite the shipping cost

How can I contact you? 

How long is processing time?

I ship out orders once a week! every following Monday so i recommend purchasing before Monday if you want faster processing.


Do orders come with tracking?

⊱ All orders with the exception of sticker ONLY orders shipped to the USA or International countries will have tracking.

⊱ **untracked exceptions for some international orders may apply due to the country ie, South Africa, Estonia does not have a cheaper tracking option and will be sent out untracked

⊱ All orders to Canada DO NOT have tracking but feel free to email me at [email protected] and I can send you a quote. Price ranges are typically between $10-$15 for Canadian tracking

Who do you ship with?

⊱ For USA orders that include tracking I ship with USPS First class mail using a service that allows Canadians to ship to the US for a better rate. For international orders I use Asendia or DYK post which is a shipping company local in my area.

⊱ For Canadian orders or flat items like small prints and stickers they are shipped with Canada post.

Why hasn't my tracking number updated yet?

I tend to buy/print shipping labels in advance so that I can bring them to the post office the next day or the next 2 days. This is more apparent for US orders.

For international orders. It may take a few days for the tracking to update even after I've given the packages.

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived yet?

Please do contact me if your order hasn't arrived in the allotted time frame specified in my "Estimated delivery times" or after the shipment says delivered yet you haven't received anything.

I will review each situation case by case and provide options on what to do from there.

There is something wrong with my order/ I received the wrong item / my order arrived damaged by transit!

Please email me if there are issues/ with your order.

I will review each situation case-by-case so please be prepared to send me pictures of the products, of the damaged product(s) and describe the damages. Typically on request I will refund or reship a new one.
